We want every Mishi Mishi order to arrive safely and as expected.

Return Requests

Eligible return requests should be raised within the return window communicated with your order. Products should be unused, in saleable condition and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order details so we can assist.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or through the applicable Shopify payment flow. Shipping charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

Specific product exclusions, if any, will be communicated on the product page or at checkout.
